Beemak provides comprehensive custom plastic manufacturing, injection molding, plastic extrusion, acrylic fabrication, and OEM manufacturing services through our 400,000+ square foot manufacturing facility in China.
With extensive manufacturing capacity and multiple production processes under one operation, we can take projects from initial concept and prototyping through tooling, production, printing, fabrication, assembly, packaging, and delivery.
Our vertically integrated capabilities include 52 injection molding machines, 8 profile extrusion lines, in-house acrylic and polystyrene sheet extrusion, automated acrylic bending, CNC machining and engraving, laser cutting and etching, silkscreen printing, custom plastic fabrication, and multi-material assembly.

Custom Plastic Injection Molding
With 52 injection molding machines, our manufacturing facility has the capacity to support custom components and high-volume production programs. Our custom plastic injection molding capabilities are ideal for manufacturers, retailers, brands, OEMs, and product developers requiring consistent production, competitive manufacturing costs, and scalable capacity.
From tooling and initial samples through production and final assembly, Beemak can manage injection molded products as part of a complete manufacturing program.
Custom Plastic Profile Extrusion
Our facility operates 8 profile extrusion lines for the production of custom plastic extrusions and profiles. We can manufacture channels, rails, tracks, holders, trims, protective profiles, display components, and other specialty profiles for a wide variety of applications.
Because extrusion is integrated with our other manufacturing processes, profiles can also be cut, drilled, machined, and assembled into finished products.
In-House Acrylic & Polystyrene Sheet Extrusion
One of the key advantages of Beemak’s vertically integrated manufacturing operation is our ability to extrude our own acrylic and polystyrene sheet material. This provides greater control over material supply, production scheduling, sheet dimensions, thicknesses, and quality.
Sheet material can move directly into our fabrication operation for cutting, bending, machining, silk screening, bonding, and assembly.
Automated Acrylic Bending & Fabrication
Beemak provides extensive custom acrylic fabrication services, including automated bending for consistent, repeatable production. Our automatic acrylic bending equipment provides accurate bends while improving production efficiency for medium- and high-volume programs.
Combining automated bending with CNC machining, laser processing, printing, bonding, and assembly allows us to manufacture complex fabricated products within one coordinated production environment.
